Service is really good. There are several places you can pickup the SIM card at the airport. Instant response via Kakao text. One thing you remember, receiving call is free with this package but not free for outgoing calls. I had to pay extra money for outgoing calls. For example, 80 minutes for 22,000won.

Service is great BUT would get calls from Nigeria EVERY SINGLE DAY. I block every single time but sure enough, the next call would be from a different number. Please fix.

very poor! I could not register on applications because the number was already registered. all I could use the number was to get phone calls. many apps in Korea require you to have a Korean phone number, which was my intention to get a Korean sim card. I could not use any of the services! :(

It was fast and easy. And it helped so much with immigrations. I highly recommend getting it especially during this period. Now that it can be collected in immigrations I was so happy.

Checklist for booking
1. Make sure to book with the exact full name on your passport.
2. If you have used a SIM card in Korea before, please give us the IMEI information of your phone in the required information field. You can find the IMEI information of your phone by pressing *#06# on the dial screen from your phone.
3. Please make sure to unlock your smartphone through your cellphone carrier before coming to Korea, especially if you are from the United States, Canada or Japan. If your smartphone is locked, you CANNOT use this SIM card.
4. In order for you to use the phone number for ID verification (to sign up for Korean online services), you will need the ARC (foreign residence card) information and connect the information to your sim card.

FAQ
Can I extend the SIM card for a longer usage?
If you pay the extension fee before you SIM card expires, you will be able to extend the validity of your SIM card. You will receive a handout on how to extend your SIM card when you pick up your SIM card.
Do I need to return the SIM card after using it?
No, you do not need to return the SIM card. It is automatically terminated after the expiry date and you may discard it after use.
Which size of SIM card will be provided?
The staff will check the type of your phone and provide a compatible SIM card. Whether your phone uses a nano SIM, Micro SIM, or Normal SIM card, the staff will still check and provide you an appropriate type of SIM card.
